Does this help with blue dark circles?

Can I use this on my eyelids?

Yes. Unlike many aggressive eye creams, AluminEye™ is safe to apply gently on the upper eyelid to help with crepey skin.

Yes. It is a rich cream but formulated to be non-comedogenic. It absorbs fully without leaving a heavy, greasy residue that typically causes milia.
