We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or tampered with. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept opened and used items for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@skincrew.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent at your own expense. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Price Adjustment Policy – SkinCrew.com

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with us. If something you bought goes on sale within 14 days of your order, we’ll issue you a store credit for the difference.


Here’s how it works:

  • The item must be identical (same size, type, etc.) and still available at the discounted price.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • The price difference will be issued as a store credit—not refunded to your original payment method.
  • Price adjustments are not available on clearance items, final sale products, or limited-time promotions.
  • Store credit must be used while the promotion is still active.

To request a price adjustment, please email shop@skincrew.com and attach your receipt or order confirmation. We’ll take care of the rest!



Important Sale Notice:

All items purchased during a sale are final sale—no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
